i am not too familiar with the whole webpage programming but i have attempted it and succeeded quite well up until now. i have implemented the code above into my master page and when the webpage is refreshed the flickering goes away but for some reason when i go to another link on my site the flickering starts again until i refresh the page. does anybody have any ideas how to fix this please. thanks
